CHAPTER ONE

INTRODUCTION

A wireless signal jammer is a device that blocks the transmission by createing interference. This wireless signal jammer can be classified as Radio Frequency Interference (RF) and GSM jammer. A radio frequency jammer is a device used to disrupt or prevent communication through a broadcast RF signal. It is a GSM RF frequency and disruptive commonly known as broadband radio frequency (RF) and GSM Cell Phone Jammer. Simultaneously, they can block commercial band FM broadcast (87.5 MHz to 108 MHz) and GSM signal transmission within the transmission range of the jammer. The device can block these frequencies by transmitting a dirty signal (such as noise) on the same frequency at which the GSM system and radio operates. A radio frequency jammer is a device that emits a radio frequency signal on the same frequency at which the radio system operates and manages the interference when the radio stations in the area where the interferer is located are disabled. A GSM interferer is a device which emits a signal on the same frequency with which operates the GSM. Jamming succeeds when mobile phones in the area where is located the jammer are disabled. Recently, when the bombs are planted and triggered by GSM or radio frequency signals, this device may be an advantage by scrambling the signals necessary for the detonation of the bomb. Currently, mobile jamming devices become civilian products rather than electronic warfare devices, because with the growing number of mobile phone users from the need to turn off mobile phones in particular places where the ringing cell phone would be disruptive increased. These locations include places of worship, university classrooms, libraries, concert halls, meeting rooms and other places where silence is appreciated. The solution to these annoying noises and disturbing is to install a device that can block the transmission of the signal from mobile phones and radio and thus disrupt the trigger bombs by these wireless signals.
